We have put together a number of Frequently Asked Questions, to help you understand more about booking your Malta Airport Transfer. This page is updated regularly as and when questions are raised which we feel are pertinent to services provided. In the meantime our staff may be contacted through our contact form to clarify any further questions that you may have.

(Q1) How do I book a Malta Airport Transfer online ?

First, click on Book Online, Select the type of airport transfer you require between Arrival Transfer or Departure Transfer, then key in all the information required in the booking form, key in your debit or credit card information and you’re done. Note that it is very important to ensure that you key in a correct email address and leave a telephone number on which you may be contacted.

(Q2) How will I know that my airport transfer booking is confirmed ?

As soon as your payment is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation of your booking on the email address provided in the booking form. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 15 minutes please contact us immediately.

(Q3) Your booking page only provides a debit card or credit card method of payment, can I pay by swift transfer or by cash on arrival ?

Unfortunately not, we only accept bookings paid in advance by internationally recognised debit and credit cards.

(Q4) How do I insert the full address for drop off or pick up ?

Our website uses bounds and Geo points so once you start keying in your address you will see multiple options corresponding to the initial key strokes. If you cannot locate the address for drop off or pick up, kindly contact us.

(Q5) I forgot to book my airport transfer when I booked my accommodation, can I book it online just before my flight leaves my home country ?

Yes of course. We just require 2 hours notice to cater for traffic and client management for Malta bookings and 24 hours notice for Gozo bookings. It’s important that you key in the correct date of your departure from your home country and the correct date of your arrival to Malta. For example if you are leaving the UK on the 6th of July at 2300 hrs and have a 3 hour flight, then your arrival date in Malta will be on the 7th July @ 0100 hrs.

(Q6) What happens if my flight is delayed ?

We monitor flight delays closely, however it is advisable to let your allocated driver know in such cases.

(Q7) What happens if my fllight number or my flight time has changed?

Kindly let us know as soon as you are aware of the change.

(Q8) How will I recognise the driver?

Upon arrival to Malta and once you have cleared immigration and customs, our driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with your name and surname printed on a mid sized notice. In your booking voucher we will also provide you with the details of your allocated driver.

(Q9) What happens if for some reason I am stuck in customs or have to report a lost luggage ?

Allocated drivers usually allow enough time for these events, however it is always prudent to contact the driver and inform him or her that you have arrived to Malta but that you are delayed in customs for some reason. In your booking voucher we will also provide you with the details of your allocated driver.

(Q10) I have alot of luggage, do I need to inform you ?

Standard cabs are suitable for 3-4  persons with medium size luggage or 2-3 persons with large luggage. Whilst larger groups with more luggage would need to book a Van. Vans such as the Peugeot Traveller can accommodate up to 8 persons with medium size luggage, so its important that you take this into consideration when booking.

(Q11) I am travelling with my children who are under 2 years of age and require one or more baby seats, do I need to inform you ?

If you require baby seats please ensure to make note of this in the appropriate section of the booking form.

(Q12) Do your vehicles cater for persons with special needs ?

Not all vehicles cater for persons with special needs, so it’s important to inform us if you are traveling with someone with special needs, especially in the case of persons on wheelchairs. We therefore recommend that you contact us prior to booking online in order to ensure that the appropriate vehicle is sent to pick you up.

(Q13) I made a booking online but just realised that I keyed in the wrong date or wrong arrival time, what can I do to rectify this ?

Please contact us to rectify the matter immediately. If you realise you keyed in the wrong details at the last minute please contact your allocated driver.

(Q14) I made a booking online but I want to cancel this booking, how do I do this ?

Please contact us for cancellations. Please note that cancellations may be subject to fees. Please check our cancellation policy in our terms and conditions.

(Q15) Your website states that a standard cab can accomodate 4 persons, but we are only 2 persons, will we get a discount ?

Unfortunately not, our rates are quoted per vehicle, so if you are 1, 2, 3 or 4 persons the rate is the same.

(Q16) Your website states that a mini van can accommodate 8 persons, but we are only 5, will we get a discount ?

Unfortunately not, our rates are quoted per minivan, so if you are 5, 6, 7 or 8 persons the rate is the same.

(Q17) We are 16 persons, can we book 2 Minivans ?

Yes of course, however you will have to make 2 separate bookings, as the maximum number of persons per booking is 8 persons.

(Q18) I would like to book an Airport Transfer to Gozo, how do I do this ?

Key in the full address in the drop off or pick up point section on the relative booking page. Note that Airport Transfers to Gozo do not include traveller ferry tickets, generally you can pay for these tickets when returning to Malta. Passengers Ferry Tickets are currently cost EUR 4.65 each for adults and EUR 1.15 each for children under the age of 12 years.

(Q19) I would like to book a Two Way Airport Transfer, Is this possible ?

Yes of course, however you will need to book two separate transfers one for arrival and one for departure.

(Q20) I booked a Departure Transfer To the Airport - but I am not sure I allocated enough time to get to the Airport on the Departure leg - what shall I do?

Generally you should aim to get to the airport between 1.5 hrs and 2 hrs before your flight is scheduled to depart. Kindly contact us or your allocated driver if you wish to change the pick up time.

(Q21) I booked an Aiport Transfer From a Locality To Airport - but I am not sure that the driver will find my pick up location - what shall I do?

Don’t worry our drivers know all localities in Malta, If you have inserted a full local address in the booking form, this is sufficient for our driver to find you.

(Q22) I would like to book a VIP transfer, do you provide VIP vehicles?

Yes you may do so be select the vehicle type in the booking form.

(Q23) I am searching for accommodation in Malta Hotels, can you help ?
